Guest Services:

The staff of the convention complex is comprised of experienced and helpful professionals who ensure that rooms are set up and equipped as requested. Personnel are available through-out the conference to provide special services and to assist with unexpected needs. The staff can also assist in conference planning; provide suggestions on meals, entertainment and room arrangements; make area festival and theater reservations; book buses and other transportation needs; and provide technical support for the theater and meeting rooms.
