The complex is serviced by a variety of prominent Cedar City restaurants, the food service operation at Southern Utah University, and area caterers who can provide full breakfasts, luncheons, or dinners, ethnic foods, special diet meals, as well as sumptuous buffets and outdoor cookouts. A variety of refreshments and snacks are also available for meetings breaks. During spring, summer and fall the convention center has access to a wide range of city parks for special Dutch oven dinners and outdoor recreation activities.
